We have played acoustic music on the lawn overlooking Studland Bay, performed inside Lulworth Castle and brought evening celebrations to life in the basement at St Giles House. At Parley Manor alone, we have performed for more than 20 weddings across different performance areas.

A garden drinks reception needs a different approach from an evening in a brick-vaulted basement, and the equipment that suits one setting may not suit another. ACOUSTIC AFTERNOON MUSIC
At Harry Warren House, we have performed acoustic music on the lawn before the evening celebration. If you would like a similar feel for your drinks reception, ask about an afternoon performance alongside your evening booking.
THE FULL LIVE TRIO
When it is time to gather everyone for the party, the full band brings the energy. Our standard evening performance is up to two hours of live music, usually arranged as two 60-minute sets or three 40-minute sets. We’ll discuss your wedding schedule and the venue’s requirements so the music fits naturally around your celebration.
YOUR FIRST DANCE
Already chosen your song? Tell us what it means to you. We can discuss whether a live rendition would work or whether you would prefer the original recording for that moment together.
MUSIC BETWEEN SETS
The evening should still feel like a party when the band takes a break. We will discuss music between the live performances and how you would like the different parts of the evening to flow.
The Right Setup for Your Venue
GREAT LIVE MUSIC STARTS BEFORE WE ARRIVE.
Some of Dorset’s most memorable wedding spaces need a little extra planning. At St Giles House, we recall using electronic drums and no backline amplifiers to accommodate the basement space and its sound requirements. At Parley Manor, we have successfully used our full live setup while working with a sound limiter.
These are experiences from past weddings, and current arrangements should always be checked. Share your venue’s music requirements with us early so we can discuss a suitable setup, rather than discovering an important restriction on the day.
We will also talk through access, performance space, power, sound and lighting. If you are planning music outdoors or in a marquee, let us know about both the setting and the alternative plan if the weather changes.

How much does it cost to book BB3LIVE for a Dorset wedding?
Tell us your date, venue, approximate guest numbers and whether you would like evening entertainment or afternoon music as well. We will provide a quotation based on your plans and the requirements of the booking.
Have you performed at our Dorset wedding venue?
We have played weddings at Parley Manor, Harry Warren House, Abbots Court, St Giles House, Lulworth Castle, Shell Bay, The Three Tuns, Deans Court and The Tithe Barn at Symondsbury, among others. Let us know your venue when you enquire and we can share any relevant experience.
Is the band fully live?
Yes. BB3LIVE is a three-piece band, and everything during our live performances is played by us. We do not use backing tracks or sequencers.
Can you provide acoustic music for our drinks reception?
Ask us about adding an acoustic afternoon performance to your wedding booking. We have performed acoustic sets outdoors at Dorset weddings, including on the lawn at Harry Warren House, and can discuss what would suit your venue and timings.
Can you perform at a venue with a sound limiter?
That depends on the venue’s requirements and the performance space. We have experience working with sound limiters and adapting our equipment, including electronic drums and an ampless setup where suitable. Send us the current requirements before booking so we can advise on what is possible.
Can you play our first dance?
Share your chosen song with us. We can discuss whether a live performance would be suitable, or the option of playing the original recording.
Can you play at a marquee or private-home wedding?
Yes, we have performed at marquee and private-home events. We will discuss access, space, power and production requirements in advance, along with any outdoor music plans.
Do you travel outside Dorset?
Yes. We also perform across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, London and throughout the UK. Include the venue location when you enquire so we can quote for your celebration.
